Decking Solutions
Coillte offer a large range of decking solutions from deck boards to components and also the sub frame material. Species of Decking include Pine, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar (Native and Non Native), Spanish Chestnut and Oak (Native Hardwoods) and Balou Tropical Hardwood Deck. Flooring - Douglas Fir
Douglas Fir offers a favourable alternative to Pine flooring. The timber is tougher, stiffer and noteably more stable. The natural red hues offer a warmth that is sometimes absent from whiter timbers, making it particularly suitable for bedrooms.

The boards are sold unfinished and can be secret nailed into battens or sheet material. The moisture content of the flooring is 14% +- 2%. |
